Hi,
I have removed a post to instal a new sliding gate and this section of wall was not rendered. I am after some advice on how to render this section. I was advised corner sections can be tricky.
doesnt need to look perfect just good enough.
thanks in advance.
Hello @LukeG
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about render.
I suggest using Dunlop 20kg Multipurpose Acrylic Render to patch the brick surface. The general steps are to clean the surface of the brick wall and remove any loose render or debris. Make sure you have the proper tools to mix and place the render on the surface of the brick.
Here is a handy step-by-step guide: How To Render
Please remember to wear personal protection such as gloves, goggles and a mask when mixing and working with render.
If you have any other questions we can help with, please let us know.

Thanks Eric. Is the paint shop able to colour match it?
Will post a picture of the results.
Hello @LukeG
If you can bring a large enough piece for the paint team to scan (as big as your thumb or bigger) they should be able to try for a colour match.
