How to return a lawn mower?

Hi, I bought a Ryobi lawn mower 33 cm and didn’t meet my expectations. I have used it once and it gets stuck easily I would like to change it for one more powerful to do its job properly. How can I do it? Thanks!

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is wonderful to have you with us.

We do accept returns if you have changed your mind, but they need to be in a saleable condition.

My suggestion is to clean the mower up, then head back to the store of purchase with your receipt and speak with the team. They will assess the mower to ensure that it is still in a saleable condition and then assist you with a return or replacement based on that assessment.
