It looks like I might have #wifey on board for a sauna at home.
There's the more traditional type with the hot rocks and you can splash water on them to create humidity but infrared saunas have really taken off and I've been researching the pros and cons of each. I've also experienced both but I'm not 100% decided just yet.
Given the deep penetrating heat of infrared, its faster heating time and better energy efficiency I think infrared is the way I'll go.
Just wondering if anyone has one (or expert knowledge) and can provide any feedback.
