Pergola polycarbonate sheets

I had a pergola put up a few years ago by someone who had some left over bits. It's served its purpose but now I'll looking for refresh it.

All panels have the same profile. I'm looking at replacing the clear ones with new, clean ones. The rough dimensions are in the image below. I can't find anything with these dimensions. Does anyone know if they're still available and where to get them?

Re: Pergola polycarbonate sheets

Hi @smaunsell,

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a perfect match.

The profile is similar to Suntuf Trimdeck, but the measurements are slightly off as the rib height is 25mm.

Unfortunately, it might be a proprietary profile that I am unaware of.

Allow me to tag @Nailbag, @AlanM52 and @Dave-1 to see if they have any ideas.

Re: Pergola polycarbonate sheets

Hi @smaunsell

My first thought was it was an older Klip-Lok profile, but the combo of super wide 100mm high-profile sections and short flat ones through that idea out of the window.

My suggestion would be to take that drawing and photos to a metal roofing supplies retailer as they will have your best chance in finding the same profile.

Failing that, you could consider using a similar profile to fill the width ensuring the high-ends are under the lip on each side of the solid roof sections. Then get long lengths of a custom bent flashing made up to sit of the top fastened with short sealed self drilling roofing screws.

Re: Pergola polycarbonate sheets

Hi @smaunsell,

Have you tried to contact that 'someone' person for info about what was used, maybe still has leftovers with sticker info.

I know you want to spruce things up but have you considered giving one of them a good pressure wash to see how it comes up.

My other thought was same as @Nailbag's, find a best fit and post the photos so we can brainstorm.

Cheers
