Re: Protecting treated pine cuts

Instructions on  Ecoseal Tanalised Timber Treatment says that it should be used for above ground cuts. Does in ground cuts needs to be protected as well? If so which product should be used?

Re: Protecting treated pine cuts

Good pick-up there @jacksumit! I'd suggest using Bondall 1L Inground Timber Protector for anything going in the ground. The aerosol product is an excellent and convenient option for above ground cuts, but the paintable bitumen will provide much better protection for cut timber in soil.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Re: Protecting treated pine cuts

None of the Woodcare products are being stocked anymore. What do you suggest for a brushable protection for H3 treated pine.  The spray can will not be sufficient for my task. and would be expensive to buys several cans.

Re: Protecting treated pine cuts

Hello @Squeaka

Please allow us to call our suppliers to see if they can provide their products in a larger quantity and in a brushable format. As soon as we have more information we'll get back to you.

Thank you for your patience.
