This website AFIK does not accept pictures that use the .jpeg extension which is the format used on the Bunnings website (and NZ).
To post those pictures here I have to convert and save using the .jpg format.
I am requesting (no big deal) that Bunnings pass on the request to their website host to make a change to allow upload of pictures the using the .jpeg extension. BTW: I still receive corporate invitations to attend Microsoft events.
Cheers
Hi @AlanM52,
I have tested image uploads using both .jpeg and .jpg file extensions and was not able to reproduce an issue. In my testing, both formats uploaded successfully.
As far as I am aware, both file formats are accepted, so if you can replicate the issue, can I ask you to take a screenshot and send it through so we can look into it for you?
Thanks for raising this and for taking the time to explain what you are seeing. We'll do whatever we can to help.
Jacob
Should have mentioned I only use a Desktop PC running Win11 Pro.
I'll be back...
@JacobZ.,
RE: if you can replicate the issue:
Inserting this saved image.
(With .jpeg extension)
Same error message on my moto g84 5G.
No time to snap brief pop-up notification.
I will do some more tests...
Thanks
Hi @AlanM52,
You'd have to let me have a chat with the team when they are back online on Monday and get back to you.
In the meantime, a screen grab or a link to the product is a good workaround.
Bear with me.
Jacob
I am always using the Snipping Tool but for the .jpeg issue it's quicker to open the image and do 'Save as' and choose .jpg
Thanks
