Any design or ascetic Ideas on how to hang numerous pictures/pic frames on wall? And where would you think is the best place to hang them?
Hi @Mumzy82,
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.
One option is a gallery wall, where you group frames together in a pattern. You can go very structured, with equal spacing and uniform frames, or eclectic, mixing different sizes and shapes. A good trick is to lay them out on the floor first (or tape outlines on the wall with painter's tape) so you can play with the arrangement before hanging anything.
If you want a modern, minimal look, consider grid-style hanging with frames of the same size and colour, lined up in neat rows. If you prefer something more dynamic, a salon-style wall works well, with varied frame sizes and art types clustered together but unified by a theme, colour, or consistent spacing.
Picture frame walls often look best on large, uninterrupted expanses such as above a sofa, along a hallway, or up a staircase. In a living or dining room, centring the arrangement at eye level creates a natural focal point. In a hallway or stairwell, a looser arrangement that follows the line of the stairs can add flow and movement.
Whichever layout option you choose, the Gallery@Home system would be great as it allows you to hang multiple picture frames at varying heights along the full length of the wall by utilising a hanging rail at the top of the wall, with wires and hooks dropping down from the rail.
