How to Paint a Corrugated Iron Roof using a Roller
Hi @NOVICEDIY,
When painting a corrugated iron roof, using the right roller can make a huge difference. There are specialised rollers designed specifically for corrugated profiles, such as the UNi-PRO 230mm Corrugated Roller Cover. Unlike a standard flat roller, which tends to ride only along the peaks of the corrugations and can miss the lower sections, a corrugated roller has the profile built into it. This allows it to follow the shape of the corrugations, ensuring that both the ridges and the trenches get fully covered in paint with each pass.
Using one of these rollers not only saves time but also gives a much more even and professional finish.
