How to replace Orion smart door bell chime?

Can I buy a Chime to my existing door bell?  Chime came with the unit stop working. Unit is older than two years.

In order for me to check whether a replacement chime can be ordered, I'll need to know the model number of your specific doorbell.

Perhaps it is this Orion Grid Connect Smart Wireless Doorbell Camera with Portable Chime?

If you can check the unit for a model number and let me know what you find, I can get in touch with Orion to see if we can order a replacement chime.

If you can't find a model number, a photo of the units could also help.

Unfortunately, I can't locate an exact match.

The model number is probably on the back of the unit, is it possible to take it off the bracket and check the back?

There may also be a model number on the chime itself. This would also help.

I have spoken to Orion, who have unfortunately informed me that you can't purchase the chime unit separately.

If you are looking to replace this unit, this Orion Grid Connect Smart Wireless Doorbell Camera with Portable Chime would be a good option.
