Hi,
Need to replace the sliding door lock and handle. Can anyone help to indentify which model/brand it is and where can I buy it. Just concern about the hole because dont want to make more holes. Does all model use the same screw and holes? or any compitable model so I dont need to hole.
Thanks
Hello @ashraful-asif
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your sliding door lock.
I suggest taking your door lock apart and bringing it to the store and comparing it to the Rolltrak Black Sliding Patio Door Keyed Lock Set and the Gainsborough Black Yarra Ridge Sliding Patio Door Double Cylinder Deadlock. The lock set that has the same mounting points will be the one to get, but if neither of them lines up then you'll need to drill new mounting points in your door.
Should it prove to be too difficult, I suggest engaging the services of a locksmith to install your new lock.

Thanks for your reply. I think I found the model
WHITCO BLAXLAND LOCK W502017 EXT CYL OFFSET OUTER/UNIV STR
Can you please tell me is it computable with this new model (holes are same)
Hi @ashraful-asif,
I got in touch with the technical team at Whitco, who have informed me that the Whitco Blaxland Black Patio Sliding Door Lock should be fine to replace the Blaxland W502017 without additional holes.
I just thought I'd also mention that if you wanted to simply replace your W502017 like-for-like, our Special Orders team could order one in for you. If you'd like to go ahead with this, head into your local store and speak with the team at the Special Orders desk. They will be able to get you a price and order one for you.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
Jacob
Thanks a lot Jacob for talking with Whitco technical team to confirm. I would like to set the new one. Thanks again
