Hi all,
I’ve got an internal door leading to the garage that has bowed slightly in the middle. As a result, it’s not catching properly when closed. I don’t think it’s a solid core door, if that makes any difference.
Has anyone dealt with a similar issue or have any tips on how to fix this?
Thanks in advance!
Hello @twochicks
From a repair point of view if the bow on the door is too severe, it would be better to just replace the door as internal doors are quite affordable. It would save you time and money in having to figure out how to modify the door, change the frames shape and a host of other procedures that will not give you a satisfactory finish.
I recommend having a look at the Door Installation Service and the Door Lock Installation Service to quickly and safely change your door. Please speak to the team at the special orders desk to arrange service.
