Workshop community update #47

Hi all,

One of the many things I like about @AndrewJones is how eclectic his projects are. The woodworker has previously shared projects like lamps, shelves, benches lightswitches and business card holders.

Andrew’s latest project was a “completely impractical” wooden wallet. Check out his photo on the gallery as well as his mesmerising build video.

Workshop member @Super66 also demonstrated great woodworking skills with an offering box for his church that included beautifully carved hands in prayer.

Meanwhile, one of the most unusual posts of the week was the strange looking strawberries shared by @greygardener. Have you ever seen a strawberry like that?

Some of the other popular Workshop posts from the past week included:

Some Workshop members are still looking for help. Do you have any advice for @Annette who is considering new secateurs and a hedge trimmer? And do you have any experience with verge gardens for @_Marley_?

This week’s poll asking whether you would rather live in a single-level or double-storey house also led to some lively conversation. Don’t forget to add your vote to the poll and join in the discussion.

Special thanks to our top contributors to Workshop this week. The members who posted the most popular content in the past seven days were @Annette, @Andy_Mann, @Isobel, @Wayne and @Mick0s. Thanks again for your fantastic contribution to the community.

Also, a very warm welcome to our latest Workshop members. It’s great to have you join the community. Please introduce yourself and make yourself at home.
