I noticed this spot on the roof in my lounge area, should I be worried about a potential leakage in roof tiles?

if yes, any suggestions who can I try to contact.

Thanks for sharing your question about your roof leak. The brown wet outline is a definite indicator that you have a leak somewhere in your roof tiles. I propose posting the job on either Airtasker or Hipages. Make sure to include as much detail as possible and your picture of the ceiling. Get a minimum of three quotes and make sure to get references.
