In order for us to assist, we'll need to know a few more details, such as the dimensions of the space, the dimensions of the fixtures you are looking to install and what existing materials are in place. If you could take a few photos and some measurements of the space, this would greatly help us. Also, a quick sketch of what you are hoping to achieve would certainly help.

When you say you want the washing machine on a drawer, do you want it to be able to slide out like the bench above? If so, this could be difficult due to the weight of the machine and the hoses that need to be attached to it. I'd be happy to look into solutions, but I'm not confident this would be easy to do.
A sliding bench could be fairly easy to do by adding drawer slides to a shelf.
For the sink, there are slimline laundry units like this Everhard 30L Classic SS Laundry Unit. There are also slim sinks like this Everhard 35L Benchline Slim Drop In Laundry Bowl or this Milena 32L Stainless Steel Skinny Inset Laundry Trough if you have a benchtop to support them.
