Hi, just wanted to get some advice on how to fix the loose toilet roll holders in my toilets.
I've tightened them firmly to the bracket but the wall plugs seem to be loose.
Do you think it's a matter of removing the old plugs and installing larger ones?
Hit me with your advice!
Cheers
Jonny
How it sits normally.
When I push it against the wall.
Hello @JonnyH
I totally agree, it appears that the wall plugs are not anchoring properly. I suggest looking at the Ramset 6 x 38mm Universal Anchor - 6 Pack to replace your old wall plugs.

Sorted. Thank you.
Hey!
Seems the toilet roll holder downstairs is wobbly. One of the screws is holding strong but the other is a bit loose. Should I try a different plug or maybe buy a bigger plug? The wall is plaster board into cinder blocks if that matters.
Cheers
JonnyThis is how it's sitting. Level.
I can pull down on it and it feels wobbly.
Hello @JonnyH
It appears that the hole in your wall is much bigger than anticipated. Can you please remove the toilet roll holder and take a photo of the holes in the wall. This will give our members a better idea of its condition, we can then make recommendations on what wall anchor to use.

Hey Eric,
I ended buy a bunch of 8mm wall plugs and it worked great.

Hello @JonnyH
It's good to hear that you've managed to repair your loose toilet roll holder. I was going to suggest a butterfly toggle, but if the 8mm wall plugs work then that's great news.
