Re: bathroom cabinet

Hello @siraj

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your bathroom cabinet.

The store has the parts for you to recreate this part of your cabinet. But we do not offer a cutting service that can duplicate the part that you need. If you have a hand saw or circular saw, you can cut the parts yourself from CUSTOMpine 16 x 2400 x 1200mm White Matt Carcass Particleboard MR. One other option is to engage the services of a handy person to cut and create this part for you. In order to give our members a better idea of what the damage on your cabinet looks like, would it be possible for you to post a photo of your cabinet? We can then make further recommendations on how to repair your cabinet.

If you need further assistance, please let us know.

Re: How to fix water-damaged bathroom cabinet?

Hello @siraj

Thank you for sharing those extra photos of your vanity drawer. It appears that the flood damage is more extensive than I realized, I definitely suggest engaging the services of a handy person to reconstruct or duplicate the size and shape of the drawer. My only other suggestion is to make sure the laminated panel edges are fully sealed before you put the drawer back into place.

If you need further assistance, please let us know.

Is it possible to make the cabinets as the sink is in good condition

Re: How to fix water-damaged bathroom cabinet?

Hello @siraj

Rebuilding the cabinet from scratch is possible, but it would be more affordable to purchase a cabinet that is already built. You will need to measure the size of your vanity top and compare it to the cabinets available at the store. Once you find a compatible cabinet you can then reconnect the vanity top and link the plumbing back into place. For example, the Estilo 900mm Vinyl Wrap Freestanding Vanity - Cabinet Only is an easy-to-use vanity cabinet on the condition that the vanity top that you have fits.

If you have any other questions we can help with, please let us know.

Re: How to fix water-damaged bathroom cabinet?

Hello @siraj

I'm sorry, but the store only cuts timber for ease of transport, they can't do precision cuts as the shop saws are too big. If you are not prepared to cut the timber, I suggest engaging the services of a handy person. They will be able to cut the timber to the sizes that you need to assemble the drawer.

If you need further assistance, please let us know.
