I tried to replace the shower head but seemed o cant unscrew when i tried to turn anti clockwise even i use the wrench. Or should i just replace the hose as well?
Tried spraying a bit with wd 40 but still stuck
Hello @gavin16
In the past there were shower heads that had a free turning bottom, this prevented the shower hose from getting entangled and would allow the hose to unwind. The drawback of course was that it was extremely difficult to remove and replace. I suspect you have one of those shower heads. Generally speaking, you would need to use a flat head screwdriver to stop the shower head connector from spinning and this would allow you to remove and unscrew the hose properly.
To bypass the difficulty of removing the old shower head, I suggest going with your idea and that is to replace the hose and shower head at the same time.
