Im having trouble finding one that is compatible with this old pipe.
As you can see in the pics. Ideally I want a spout that swivels. I think its a Caroma Quatro wall basin mixer tap loop 200mm. Please can you suggest what I do? Thank u 💓

Looking at your first photo, it appears that the threaded brass outlet on your wall is still in sound condition. if it is, I suggest having a look at the Mondella Chrome Rococo Swivel Bath Spout as a possible replacement piece. The other sets are all single position spouts or combined with a mixer such as the Caroma Luna Wall Basin/bath mixer Chrome and the Mondella Brushed Nickel Lead Free Overture Wall Basin/Bath Mixer Set.
It is difficult to tell if the threaded brass outlet has been damaged. I therefore recommend engaging the services of a registered plumber so that the new spout can be installed properly.

Thanks for your reply. I dont think its been changed. Everyone works too. It just look old. I wonder if I can change it to this one as seen it pic and then put the mondella swivel on it?

If you are planning on just a cosmetic update, I can't say for sure if the mixer body fittings will fit onto your old set. But if you are replacing the whole set then yes, it is possible to update it with a full exchange. Using the Mondella swivel spout rather than the fixed spout of the Luna should in theory work. But it would be best to tell your plumber your plans before you make any purchase.
