A bath can be very relaxing after a long, hard day.
But many people these days are choosing to save space in their bathroom and install a luxurious shower rather than cramming in a bath.
Could you live without a bath in your house?

I really loved having a bath as a kid, but not so much anymore. I kinda get the appeal of just getting in there to relax, but I bathe to get clean and don't like the idea of submerging myself in the exact thing I'm trying to clean off of me. Am I the only one?
Preemptive WARNING just being silly:
@ProjectPete, what are you thinking mate?
You mean you're being conned into moving a wall in your en-suite to fit a luxury bath, that you're not all that fussed about?
Tania says that she has no say in important decisions, 'cos she's outnumbered.
My advice to you is to get a cute male dog, preferably 2.
My she- shed is too small for a bath - but no problem, too hard to get out of it now. Those spas at hotels worry me though. Last one I was in I felt like a crouton in a large bowl of skin soup. Yuk! Never again.
But a bath can be so romantic!
Thanks you so much for posting that @Kellie, I've been racking my brain wondering what would be really special for Tania & me, on Dec 1st (our 43rd Anniversary).
Do any Workshopper have tips for melting that much chocolate, I really wouldn't want to spoil it?
And a question for the ladies, should I fold in a barrow load of fluffy egg whites, or go for a carton of aerosol cream?
@Andy_Mann - are you having a bath or baking a cake?
Happy wife, happy life I like th eidea of it, sounds nice and will look impressive. A great selling point in years to come as well.
Maybe if it's big enough I could be converted @Andy_Mann

I tell yah what @ProjectPete, I pride myself on having an open mind, so I implore you to go big on your tub, the bigger the better, & fill it with smooooth Dark Chocolate. You'll recognise me at the airport, I'll be decked out in my Seniors Bow Tie Bib for the occasion, & assess whether it's to my taste.
Death by chocolate, is my dream.
