Shower door bottom part broken

Hey team,

My old STEGBAR shower door sort of hanging loose from its secured position top roller, partly because the bottom door guide has broken. I believe the part is the one attached. hence, when slide opening and closing, its not holding properly at its bottom track.

Where can i get the part (I think its screwed onto the bottom door) & What parts can I get to fix the problem? Thanks Gavin

Re: Shower door bottom part broken

Hi @gavin16

I'm sorry to hear that your shower door is not working properly. I suggest removing one of the shower door guides so that you'll have something to show the Special Orders Team. Before you go to the Special Orders, I suggest having a look at the Rolltrak Black Shower Screen Panel Set - 3 Pack and Rolltrak Shower Screen Bottom Guide online and see if they are compatible.

I recommend speaking to the plumbing specialist in your store and showing them the guide piece. They should at least be able to identify it or offer a compatible generic part for your shower door. Please make sure to show them the pictures of the shower door you took.

Please keep us updated with your progress, we look forward to seeing your shower door fixed.

If you need further assistance, please let us know.

Eric

Thanks Eric, I will try to dismantle the piece & show to the SO team. Will update to see how things went
