How to match Pinnacle 2090 series shelving?

Hi, 
I am thinking of purchasing these two shelving units for my basement storage.

I just wanted to confirm, if possible, that these are both adjustable and I could match up the levels. I plan to leave out one of the levels in the 6 tier unit, and create aligned 5 tier units. 
Does anyone know if that is possible with these two?

Hi @penelope_juno,

You can absolutely adjust both units, and they do allow you to line up the shelf positions. Each frame has slots spaced roughly every 30 millimetres up the uprights, so you can set the levels wherever you like and create a matching five-tier layout by leaving one shelf out of the corner unit. In terms of positioning, you will have no trouble getting the shelves to sit at what is essentially the same height across the two units, though there could be a difference up to 30mm.

The one thing to be aware of is that the shelves themselves are different. The corner unit uses MDF panels that sit flush on the frame, while the straight unit uses wire shelves that drop slightly into their support channels. The shelf frame is different on the wire and MDF shelf units. This difference means the shelf may sit a little higher or lower, even when the supporting slots are aligned. It is usually only a small amount, and visually they will read as the same level, but if you want a perfectly seamless height transition, the only way to achieve that is to use the MDF style across both units with the Pinnacle 1830 x 1500 x 410mm 5 Tier Adjustable Shelving Unit.
