So I have an Easy Shed 3x3.
As the slab was precisely 3x3 it has some sort of spacing between concrete and the slab floor.
I have seen another post which says to use SILKAFLEX 11fc.
However I have Louvre window on the side.
Wonder if that’s going to cause water to come in.
Or is there a way to seal/ protect that aswell.
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @joeza16. It's wonderful to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about installing a shed.
Could you share a couple of photos of the gaps and the louvre window? That’ll help our members get a clearer idea of what you’re dealing with. Let me know if you need a hand uploading images.
If there’s just a small gap under the shed where it meets the slab, Sikaflex 11FC is a great option to fill and seal it — it’s flexible, durable and bonds well to both metal and concrete. As for the louvre window, could you give a bit more detail on how you think water might be getting in there? Are the louvres themselves not sealing properly when closed, or is there a gap around the frame?
Please let me know if you have any questions.
