How to fix Hills folding washing line?

My Hills washing line was used to support a tarpaulin and is now broken. The second line won’t stay up. Can this be repaired ? Where will I get the required bolts ?

When you say bolts is the locking mechanism broken and if so can you take a closer photo of that.
