How to fix a patch of lawn?

Hi all

Unsure if this is a grass bug/fungi or if it is just some grass, going through a bad patch.

Caused by a little too much trampoline time over the top of it last summer.

What can I add to it, to kick-start its recovery in spring?

That looks more like wear and compaction from the trampoline rather than bugs or fungus. Aerate the area with a garden fork, top dress with lawn soil, and re-seed or patch with runners. Keep it watered and it should bounce back.
