How to order Ozito PXCLTS-0182 grass trimmer spool cover?

On my ozito PXCLTS-0182 grass trimmer, the spool cover has worn thru and is needing replacement, how can I order one. They don't seem to be a stocked item. Regards fooji

I don't think it is what you are referring to, but the Ozito PXC 2.0mm x 8.0m Bump Spool & Lines are available in store. Just covering all bases in case this is what you are referring to.

Spool caps are a commonly worn out item for most DIY users as they wear out from resting them along the ground during use instead of slightly above. There are so many different styles even within each brand hence why they are not a stocked item. 

as @JacobZ mentioned arm yourself with the model number of your trimmer and head to the special orders desk to arrange a replacement from Ozito.
