Hi Sir,
I have noticed my Walter buffalo grass died but some area still growing. Actually one of the landscapers did that job for me,
I would like to re laying . Before re laying what I want do ?
when I removed old one I noticed the clay still sticks on ground.
i don’t have any cultivar like electric or fuel type.
which tools I need to buy?
if I need soil again before laying?

I'm sorry to hear that some of your Buffalo lawn has died. I propose aerating the soil with Saxon Lawn Aerator Sandals just walk around your garden to open up the soil. The general process is to put on lawn soil and lawn soil conditioner. Once the lawn soil has been prepared you can now lay down the turf.
