Hello, I bought a practa solution (marble) benchtop and after 3 attempts of trying to cut the edging ran out. First one chipped, second one was slightly too short🤦🏻
Is it possible to buy practa solution edge strip to have another go?
Hello @rennochap23
I suggest going to your local store and speaking to the team at the special orders desk. Just let them know that you wish to order a cover strip for the Practa solution marble benchtop. You can also speak to the in-store kitchen specialist as they will also be familiar with the cover strip for the Practa benchtop.
My best suggestion is to use a Stanley Knife to cut the cover strip. It will require several passes until you get through the thickness of the cover strip.
If you have any other questions we can help with, please let us know.

Thanks so much. I ended up joining two pieces together on a single edge. Doesn't look perfect but good enough given the pattern is marble and has lines that help blend it in.
Hi @rennochap23

Job done.
4 xIKEA nordli modular drawers joined together
Fixed to the wall using 4 x 65mm dynabolts
Sitting on a 30x30 square pipe as a ledger that is fixed to the wall above skirting with 8 x 100mm dynabolts
With a 2.4m H2 35x70mm piece of wood with legs every 800mm to support the front load.
All under $1100 + my time.
Very happy with the results.
Also an end piece from Bunnings screwed to the end to give that built in feeling.
The empire contour gauge was a big help here.
