Can I Install Mosaic Stone Tiles on a plasterboard wall ? Do I need any preparation for it and what products can I use

I apologise for the delay in my reply.
Being a natural stone it's important to use an adhesive that won't seep into the stone and discolour it. You'll need to use a two-part epoxy adhesive similar to Sika 1L High Strength Epoxy Repair Adhesive Concrete Fix Kit. I'm just awaiting Sika's technical team to confirm this product is suitable over plasterboard. I'll let you know as soon as they get back to me. You'll also need to use an epoxy grout. You can see further installation advice on the product's installation guide. Due to the use of epoxy products and the stone sensitivity to moisture, Decor8 recommends you employ the service of a skilled tiler for installation.

Hi @daanthony,
I've had an update from Sika and they recommend installing fibre cement sheeting over the plasterboard, before adhering your tiles to it.
