Kids room makeover: Drab to fab

Wanted to create a warm and inviting room for our 7yr old son, he’s blessed with the largest bedroom in the house.  It was big but boring.  I love board and batten and I love green! So using all materials from Bunnings, we were able to create this beautiful room.  We are thrilled with how this turned out.

I up-cycled a Marketplace tallboy using the same wall colour Dulux Hawkesbury. Love that Green!.

Re: Kids room makeover: Drab to fab

Dear @jodi1

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community! We're delighted to have you here, and congratulations for completing some terrific projects around and outside your home. I see you've done quite a bit of upcycling - a pretty popular topic among our community. For some more inspiration, you may like to check out the following:

This bedroom makeover is fantastic, hope your son is enjoying his new bedroom. Like you said, that shade of green is absolutely stunning. I'm also loving how you kept the colour theme going with your upcycled tallboy. Your feature wall has also turned out beautifully. Any advice for our members who may be wanting to replicate this project?

Congratulations once again, and looking forward to seeing more of your work.
