Can you install artificial grass over pavers?

Hi. Can artificial lawn be put over pavers and is it possible to do it yourself?

You could install artificial grass over pavers, but it’s usually designed to go over a sand base, which makes it softer underfoot. If you’re planning the area as a play space for children, laying it directly over a sand or similar substrate might be a better option.

Installing over pavers is possible, but it can be tricky to keep the grass securely in place, since you’ll need to pin it down. If you’d like, you can share some images of the area so we can get a better idea of what you're working with and suggest the best approach.
