How to fix deck black marks after rain?

Hi

After rain, my deck gets black marks everytime.

it fades when it dry.

any help/suggestion please.

Looking at the photo you posted, it appears that the former seal of your deck has started to deteriorate. It's possible that the seal on the edge of your deck has worn away and thereby allowing rain to travel deep into the wood causing it to go dark. When the water dries out the wood returns to its original shade.

I propose sanding down your deck and applying a new coat of oil or sealer.
