Re: Wedding signing table

Hello @rjackson

Congratulations! Thanks for sharing your wedding signing table project. What an awesome table. That is truly a labour of love, how long did it take to finally cover all the nooks and spaces with resin? I'm sure everyone will be impressed by how beautiful it is.

Again, thanks for sharing such a wonderful project.

Re: Wedding signing table

Thanks @EricL ! It was 2 attempts at an hour each, still figuring out the best tape to stop the resin seeping through the bottom though…

Re: Wedding signing table

Hi @rjackson

Thanks for that extra information. Have you tried Scotch Blue 48mm x 55m Original Multi-Surface Painter’s Masking Tape? It's supposed to work on slightly textured surfaces. My only other tip is to wipe the bottom surface of the timber with DIGGER 1L Mineral Turpentine to give it a good surface clean before applying the tape.
