How to upgrade Orion Pan Tilt Camera firmware?

Hi,

Over the past two years I have installed four Orion Pan Tilit Cameras, and noticed the recent one purchased has more features and a later firmware version, despite the packaging and instruction manual not mentioning more features. 

The resolve I am looking for is how to upgrade the first three cameras to have the same features and firmware version as the last. If this not possible, why does the packaging and instruction manual not mention the differences?

First three cameras have firmware version V1.0.2

Fourth camera has firmware version V2.10.5 with the minimum features of the first three plus addition features such as:

Sounds - Device Volume 0-100

Siren Adjustment - Siren Volume 0-100%, Siren Duration 0-10s

Device Setting Screenshots included 

Preset Point - Set Preset Points (6 points)

Thank you for your patience. I've just been in contact with the Orion technical team, and they have confirmed that the older cameras can't be upgraded to the new software version. They did not give any reason as to why the new features were omitted from the packaging. 

However, they have requested that you call them direct on 1300 267 168 if you need further assistance or email them at cs@arlec.com.au.
