How to use Peerless JAL Attack An Odour?

Hi there I have bought this product to try to get rid of musty smells in cupboards/drawers that have been closed a long time.

The instructions say dilute 1:10 but it is a 2 part product with a small container of 75ml of one product per and the larger section of a different chemical (they smell different) for which there is no exact size given but overall the size is supposed to be 1 litre.

obviously 1:10 of the smaller product is a different amount to 1:10 of the larger volume.
Or maybe  you are just supposed to tip them both together at same time. It’s weird.

Re: how to use this cleaning product -instructions are confusing

Hi @Coolaholigah,

Thank you for your question.

You'll notice that the reservoirs are connected by a tube. It's not actually a 2-part product; the smaller reservoir is used to measure out the product for ease of mixing. To confirm this for your own peace of mind, you can pour the smaller reservoir into a container, screw the lid back on, then rotate the bottle so the liquid refills this secondary reservoir.

You can also see on the Peerless Jal website that they also sell this product in a 5L container without two reservoirs. Attack An Odour Indoor Odour Neutralizer | Peerless JAL.

I can't, however, explain the difference in smell. It could just be that the scent is stronger in the larger reservoir due to a higher concentration. Regardless, it is likely worth emptying the smaller reservoir and mixing it back into the larger one and giving it a shake to reincorporate it.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Jacob
