Whats the changes of the Return and exhange regulations for RYOBI power tools in Broadmeredows tools shop?
I listened to tool shop manager nagging and tricks for over a hour refusing me to return and exchange a better RYOBI hammer drill to do my DYI job. His nagging and refusals cause me high anxiety because he play many tricks to block the return. Finally, he announced all RYOBI electric drill are the same, even the $75, $150, $179 hammer drills are all 18V+ and the power all the same so I could not buy a better power drill to do my DYI job. He repeatedly refused to accespt my exchange a better hammer drill reasonable request. After a hour heated up disputes by him, I asked his permission to call RYOBI staff to prove his theroy all drill are the same completely incorrect. He gave me a prohibition letter not to enter his store for a year. This is his revenge for granting a reasonable return and exchange to a RYOBI power hammer drill to a better model.
The return hammer drill is unused and not good to do my DYI job. This is why I hope to buy a better model and return this.
Should we follow his instruction go to other hardware store to buy RYOBI power tools from now?
Is Bunning Broadmeredows store in Victoria not welcoming DYI old man like me to buy power tools, return and exchange policy not longer applicable?
Hi @Honest52,
I'm sorry to hear that you've had issues while exchanging your Ryobi drill.
I have removed some images as they had identifiable personal information, which we do not allow in forum posts.
I will reach out via private message for some further information.
