Hi all I have started stripping the paint off my interior walls to repaint due to the previous paint flaking and not really adhering to the render under we’ll. I’ve been using a sander to remove it because a scraper was taking large chunks out of the render. The sender has left swirl marks all through the hop coat and at some point has even gone through to the second layer of render.
I am aware I’ll have to put another top coat of render to get the wall back to a smooth finish I’m just un sure what product would be best ?
ive added some photos for reference
Hello @RMB1
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your rendered wall.
If the render is still in good condition and is not flaking or cracking off, I recommend using the Dunlop 20kg Fine Coat Render to re-finish and level your rendered wall.
Here is a handy guide that will help: How to Render a Fine Coat Finish
