Bathroom renovation with open plan design

Full bathroom makeover, completed with the help of a local cabinet maker. The room was a retrofit of an existing 3-way bathroom. The original design did not work well, with hung doors used instead of sliders resulting in a very closed off bathroom that felt dark, cramped and not practical. The doors and internal walls were removed until the full bathroom renovation was completed. The results are a much larger, brighter main bathroom, with a custom built vanity for ample storage.

Re: Bathroom renovation, from 3 way design to open plan bathroom

Wow @Upcycler01

You have definitely created a beautifully bright and beautiful bathroom. I think your choice of removing the wall next to the shower and toilet has really opened things up and has let so much more natural light in. Your navy custom cabinet really pops as well.

Re: Bathroom renovation with open plan design

That's an excellent way of  converting an ordinary bathroom into a luxurious place to relax.  Your free standing bath looks great and exposes more floor space which would make the room feel bigger. Thanks for sharing your ideas.
