Hi, do I need a registered plumber to replace a bathroom vanity?

It's wonderful to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about replacing a vanity.You don't technically require a plumber to replace the vanity itself. However, to remove the old and install the new vanity, you'd need a plumber to disconnect the plumbing and reconnect it afterwards.
