How to add a fixed shower head in addition to hand-held?

Hello! 

 My shower only has a handheld wand without the main shower head.

Is there a product where I could swap this out, ideally to have both the normal shower head and the wand?  Looking for a DIY option if that's something that exists.

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @iknownothing. It's terrific to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about installing a shower head.

You could remove the current hose from the wall and install the Estilo WELS 3 Star 9L/min Chrome 3 Function 1/2 Twin Rail Shower Set. That would give you a rain head and the handset, making your current one obsolete.

From the angle of your photo, it's a bit hard to tell how central the outlet is in the shower. If it's somewhat in the middle, this set should work.
