how to add an extra toilet? one on upper floor and one on lower floor

Hi @ashish123,
A warm welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.
On the lower level, my solution would be to reduce the size of the storage room and add a toilet or even a full sized bathroom there. You would need to close off the door to the outside and add two internal doors.

This seems like the only orientation that would work based on the location of the stairs. Let me know what you think about this.
The upper floor is much trickier because every room serves a purpose, so adding another room would get tricky and multiple walls would likely need to move.
It's tough because there is so much packed in that you would need to lose something to add another toilet.
Are there any rooms you would be happy shrinking to add another toilet?
Allow me to tag @Dave-1, @Noyade and @Nailbag to see if they have any ideas.

Hi @ashish123
The answers aren't not necessarily that simple because even if what we propose sounds doable on paper, the issues will be are they doable plumbing connection wise?
As @JacobZ already mentioned, it starts with how desperate are you for a 2nd seperate toilet on the top level that you're prepared to sacrifice useable living space? is the garage an option behind the inside toilet?
Downstairs, if it's sub-ground level, as with the top level you will need to talk to a plumber. There are options when your sub-ground with sewage pump systems inbuilt to specialised toilets. But again you should talk to a plumber first.

Good Afternoon @ashish123
I was looking at your plans and its a little hard to marry them up, Im not sure if its split level or how they align with one another. However the points that @Nailbag make in particular plus @JacobZ 's observations really follow what I would be recommending. Id talk to a plumber first to find out what is actually doable in regards to accing the areas of the house for plumbing. If the house is split level it could open up possiblities if there is space under the floor, but I cant tell from just the drawings.
