How to ensure new toilet is flush to wall?

I have a Monaco back to wall toilet installed. It's currently sitting forward off the wall i assume due to the floor fall.

Is there  a way to have the cistern sit closer to the wall or 9s it just a too bad situation?

Hi @Elf90,

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.

You should be able to close up the gap and account for the fall in the tiles by packing out the front edge of the toilet suite with a couple of window packers

This will tilt the toilet back towards the wall, which will make the gap show at the base of the toilet where it can be covered with some white silicone.

Assuming the lean is due to the fall in the tiles, packing out the front edge should make the toilet level, which shouldn't have any negative impact on it, although it may be worth speaking with a plumber just to be sure.

Let me know what you think and if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Jacob
