How do I fix so it won’t fall.
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @justbake1. It's marvellous to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about shower heads.
Is it the connector to the vertical rail (the part that slides up and down, which I've circled in blue) that’s loose and slipping down, or is it the shower handset itself that keeps falling out of the holder (which I've circled in red)?
If it’s the rail connector, there’s usually a small adjustment screw that locks that section onto the bar at the height you want. Have a close look around that fitting. Often there’s a little cover plate you can flick off, like the circle on the front, and underneath you’ll find a screw that just needs tightening to stop it sliding.
If it’s the handset falling out of the gripper, that’s a different situation. The cradle might be worn or broken, or if you’ve replaced the handset and hose recently, it might not be the correct size for the rail system.
Could you please let us know which part is actually loose? Is it the rail fitting or the handset in the cradle? That’ll help us narrow down the best fix for you.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Mitchell

It is the red circle that is loose. Wont stay it turns so the handle wont stay in position.
Yes the gripper won’t hold the handset. Gripper can’t handle the weight of the handset. It’s not a new handset has been working well for a year but now it isn’t
Hi @justbake1,
If you use a flathead screwdriver to pop this cap off -

- is there a screw or any kind of mechanism to tighten it up?
If the mechanism has just loosened over time, and isn't damaged, then I suspect the solution will lie under that cap.
Give it a try and let me know what you find.
I'm happy to assist further if required.
