Long time lurker. First time poster!
My shower head holder has come off and is super rusted. I don’t know where to start with the washers. Tried rescrewing and it isn’t working.

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us and thanks for sharing your question about your shower head.
Due to the damage to the fittings, it will not be possible to re-attach the old holder to the sliding mechanism of your shower holder. I propose replacing them with generic holders such as the Estilo Chrome Shower Rail Slider or the evekare 32mm Chrome Shower Slider. My best advice is to measure the size of your post and see which one is more suited to your shower set. Another option is to replace the entire shower slide with a new set.
