How to replace rusted bathroom door hinges?

Hi I need to replace these rusty bathroom door hinges and have two questions:

-What's the best way to remove them/what tools do I need?

-What sort of door hinges are best to replace them with?

The width is 2.5 and height is 3.5cm. Thanks in advance!

These Goliath Stainless Steel Butterfly Hinges are the closest I could find that would be appropriate in a wet environment like that. Unfortunately, I am not confident they would match up perfectly with your hinges, but they are the closest I could find.

Your best bet is likely to take them in-store and try to match them up with a pair of stainless steel hinges of the same size.
