How to access engineering plans for Mimosa gazebos?

How do I access engineering drawings for Mimosa 4.27 x 3.69 x 3.23m Wooden Gazebo?

I want to apply for a permit with the local council to build the above gazebo on my backyard but they're asking for engineering drawings otherwise no permit. I showed them the installation instructions with dimension drawings but no luck.

How do other customers normally go with permits for this large gazebo?Pic1.jpg

Re: Form 15 for Mimosa Gazebo QLD

Hello @ecoashf

I'm so sorry you've had a stressful time looking for the Form 15's. But the Form 15's are not something our suppliers can provide as they are site-specific; they can be obtained through private certifiers though.

Looking for Engineering Plans for the Mimosa Portsea 3x4m pergola.

Hi there,

I am looking to concrete in the Mimosa Portsea Gazebo 4x3m as a semi permanent structure. I’ve seen that there may be engineering plans available for these that can be emailed? Could these please be emailed through?

Re: Looking for Engineering Plans for the Mimosa Portsea 3x4m pergola.

Hi Mitchell,

thanks for the plans. Unless I’m not looking correctly, I was hoping these plans would indicate how I would actually concrete in the posts? There doesn’t seem to be any parts that would extend underground to be concreted in.

Cheers

Re: Looking for Engineering Plans for the Mimosa Portsea 3x4m pergola.

I'm so sorry, @Corinth177.  These semi-permanent gazebos are not designed to be concreted into the ground and do not come with any inserts to do so. Typically, you would create concrete footers and a flat pad to bolt the legs down to.

Re: Emgineering Plans

Hello @Aggie11

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us.

Can you please tell us where you saw the reference for the Mimosa Hamilton Gazebo I/N 0262343? I have placed the item number you have provided and the website has informed me that this product is no longer available. I propose having another look on the Bunnings website and perhaps choosing another product.

If you have any other questions we can help with, please let us know.

Re: Emgineering Plans

Hi Eric. The I/N number is on the receipt. Unfortunately, I purchased this over 12months ago. The gazebo is no longer being sold or listed on Mimosa website. With all the landscaping we have done, I'm only just getting to applying for Council permission.
