The Bunnings Workshop community can help with your home improvement projects.
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @markomarkomakro. It's wonderful to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about connecting a dishwasher.
You might like to read through this helpful guide: How to connect a dishwasher. You'll note that inlet hoses are designed to be connected to a mini tap under your sink, not to the tap spout on your kitchen tap. You could look towards discussions like How to connect a benchtop dishwasher to a tap for a solution, but typically it's best to connect directly to the tap under the sink rather than a tap spout. Connecting to a tap spout is generally not considered a secure attachment method due to the multiple adaptor needed.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

thank you for your response. This is the extent of the work commecting the water supply underneath
You'd need to follow the pipes back to the wall @markomarkomakro. At that point, there would likely be a small tap. There might be one free that you can connect to, but more than likely, you'd need a plumber to replace the existing single tap with a dual outlet to allow the connection of the dishwasher and the tap.

Maybe I’ll get a plumber to do it. Thank you very much for all your help
