Hi I would like to paint these cupboards but I don’t know if they are laminate? They are coffee stained and I want a paint which is durable and be able to be cleaned easily and don’t stain?
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @Kathcr. It's sensational to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about painting cabinetry.
I suspect due to the wear that they are painted MDF cabinets. Could you take a closer picture focusing on the damaged area on the top drawer?
We'll need to determine whether this is a paint, vinyl or laminate coating on the cabinetry, as they all require different primers before top coating. Hopefully, you'll be able to use the Dulux Renovation range or Aquanamel, which are both hard-wearing paints.
