Best way to hang my didgeridoo

I want to hang my didgeridoo horizontally. I do not want shelving. 

What are a few options I can look into to be able to have my didgeridoo sitting comfortably and stable? 

Whatever I end up using will be going into drywall.

There are quite a few options in our range of Bike Stands & Hooks that would work.

Some options include - 

• Pinnacle Jumbo Garage Wall Hanger
   
• Pinnacle PVC Coated Double Prong Hook
   
• Pinnacle Small PVC Coated J Hook
   
• Pinnacle Large PVC Coated J Hook
   

If you hang two of these hooks, they should be plenty strong to hold your didgeridoo. If you head to the garage storage and racking aisle at your local store, you can have a look at a variety of hooks like these that should work. You'd just want to confirm that the diameter of the didgeridoo will safely sit within the hook.

Ideally, you would screw the hooks to a stud, which you can locate using a studfinder, but if you can't locate any, some plasterboard anchors will be fine; you'll just want to confirm that they are capable of supporting the weight of your didgeridoo.

I will take my digeridoo with me to see what would fit best. 

I do have a few questions. What is a stud finder. I had a look but wasn't sure what it would be used for? 

Also with the wall anchors. I understand the necessity of them but I've removed quite a few doing my renovations of my house. I tend to not enjoy using them as they can get stuck and broken inside the walls which make them very hard to remove. 

Is there a video on the Bunnings workshop site that can show me how to use them so I do a good job? 

I'll head there Bunnings down the aisle you mentioned at my local store and look at my options.

@JacobZ I ended up purchasing these wall anchors from Bunnings. I need to drill the pilot hole so I can insert the anchor. 

I have every size drill bit but am unsure which size to go with so the anchor will fit snug into the hole. 

My drill bit sizes are sequenced as 4. 4.2  4.5 and so on. 

I don't want to use the wrong drill bit as I've not long finished renovating the room it's going in. 

How do I tell which drill bit to use?

Apologies for the delay in response. It's good to see you've already grabbed things and are ready to install.

WallMates do not require a pilot hole. Simply push the tip into the plasterboard until it pierces the paper and rotate it in with a screwdriver.

I just ended up buying some nice wooden wall brackets used for shelving, some screws and the wall anchors then slipped my didgeridoo in the slots of this particular wall bracket. It looks pretty good.
