Have you tried any cleaning products on it yet, or is this the first time you are giving it a proper clean? Full grain white leather can build up dirt quite quickly, especially on areas that get a lot of handling, but it usually responds well to the right cleaner.
A mild leather cleaner is the best place to start. Apply it with a soft cloth and work gently in small sections. If the leather is quite dirty, it may take a couple of applications before you see it brighten up again, so do not be discouraged if the first pass does not fully shift the grime.
There is a great range of leather cleaners available on the Bunnings website. Once you have cleaned the surface, it is worth following up with a leather conditioning cream. This helps nourish the leather, keeps it supple and protected, and prevents the surface from drying out or absorbing dirt too easily in the future.
