How to fix rotten door frame?

The bottom part of the door frame is rotten due to the moisture.

After removing the rotten wood. How to fill the hole?

After removing the rotten wood, you would use Builders Bog to fill the hole.

Make sure you tidy up the timber and remove any loose material. A quick sand with a bit of 80 Grit Sandpaper, followed by brushing it down to remove dust, will help ensure the bog sticks to the surface well.

Mix the two components of the bog, then apply it to the void with a 50mm Plastic Scraper, working from left to right of the picture so you can create a round corner to emulate the timber above.

You can then use some sandpaper to help smooth and create the shape.

Once sanded, prime and paint like you would the door and plaster in your previous posts.

Does Bunnings sell that curved/round moulding?

Depending on the extent of the rot, I was thinking of using a multitool to debride an area for a new piece to fit.

I was in Bunnings, but couldn't find a similar shape mould.

You'd have to confirm the dimensions, but it is bullnose, possibly 42x18mm Bullnose or 42x11mm Bullnose.
